Today is the Day of German Unity, their national holiday commemorating the fall of the Berlin Wall; I don't much care for patriotism, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to reflect instead on my favourite German unification... the adding of sublime minty cream filling to smooth dark vegan chocolate. Oh yes:
