Again, a whole number of people contributed by baking something for the table, helping run the stall, and of course buying and eating some nom-ables. We had a whole array of things for sale: cookies and cream and banana split cupcakes, two variations of chocolate peanut butter cupcakes, gooey caramel slice, lemon gem cupcakes, choc-cherry slice, banana muffins, little parcels of biscotti, chocolate ganache cupcakes, coconut raspberry (biscuit) sandwiches, choc-PB cookies, cherry pies, chocolate crackles, coconut date balls, lemon vanilla shortbread, choc biscuit sandwiches and gingerbread sandwiches, maple walnut cupcakes, choc-PB cake, chocolate truffle towers (on skewers), three kinds of choc-chip cookies, custard tarts, panforte and choc-cherry cake (thanks for those two, Mum!), and I did some mini and full sized cupcakes in both chocolate and lemon. I think — I hope — that I haven't forgotten anything.

I'm pretty proud of the swirled icing job I did on my lemon and chocolate cupcakes. Sometimes when you're trying so hard to get something right, it turns out disastrously; and sometimes, it turns out to be your best effort to date:

My other photos from the stall are here on Flickr; lots at the SVBS blog, too.
At the end of the day, we'd met lots of happy vegan faces familiar and new and a couple of adorable dogs into the bargain; and we'd raised $1152.75 dollars (!!!) to be donated to NSW Animal Rescue, where some much-needed treatment and TLC is lavished on special needs animals.
