Sparkling and New

Oh, it appears to be January again. I was reunited with my camera today, so am only now posting this, the results of some baking on NYE afternoon, taken on New Years Day.



I'm very much looking forward to a year of more bake sales, meeting even more happy vegan folk, trying Dandies marshmallows at some stage, getting the hang of multi-coloured icing (the photo above is the evidence of my first, rather mediocre attempt), and trying to be healthier and at least a little fitter. Hope it's a good one for you, too.
